Customized Electrical and Mechanical Solutions for Your Application
Estabrook provides custom process controls for a variety of applications including batching systems, continuous process, pump, and level controls. From small pump controls to larger turnkey solutions, our systems have been designed with many of the major control manufacturers of PLCs, HMIs and SCADA packages such as Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and a host of others.
Our systems have been installed in wastewater treatment, mining, oil and gas, automotive, construction, and other chemical processes.
Control Panels
Estabrook can design custom control panels to fit your particular application. An example of this is the NEMA 4X Electrical Panel with Purge System for Hazardous Environments (shown above).
Along with providing an electrical schematic, we can also provide a system which includes components such as:

2 motor starters for 40 HP pumps in stainless steel enclosure (NEMA 4X) with a heater to eliminate condensation.

Controller enclosure to load share the two 40 HP pumps.

Hand Off Auto for each pump.

Emergency stop push button.

Reset button.

Heater to eliminate condensation.

Relays, no programmable devices.
Electrical Panels
As part of our Total System Solutions concept, Estabrook can design and implement electrical panels for application in areas such as the chemical industry.
In the example shown above, Estabrook was able to achieve the required work for our client:

Build two panels.

Redesign the panels to include Siemens PLC and all CE approved items.

Find replacements for the non-CE approved items.

Program the Siemens PLC.
-
Provide schematics and layout drawings in AutoCAD.
